２文を１文にするには、接続詞が必要だ。
ところが問題文では、接続詞の and がない。
接続詞を用いずに、文を成立させるには、関係詞を用いる。
前後の文を関係詞を使って表す。
He has two brothers. + Both of them are married.
two brothers と them が共通する。
共通する them が消えると whom になる。
they – their – them に対応して、who – whose – whom になる。
何が消えたかで、関係詞は決まる。
後ろに動詞があるから who という覚え方も教え方もやめて欲しい。
また何でも that が使えるわけではない。
,（コンマ）that という用法はない。
