【全部否定と部分否定】
neither「どちらも～ない」全部否定を表す語です。
neither は基本的に単数扱いなので、要注意です！
both を not と共に使うと部分否定になります。
「両方とも～というわけではない（とは限らない）」
both は複数形扱いです。
部分否定を覚える！
部分否定は「～というわけではない」とか「～とは限らない」という訳をします。
部分否定の表現になる代表的なものを覚えておきましょう。
not all「全てが～というわけではない」

not both「両方とも～というわけではない」

全部否定にしたい時は、全部否定を作る語を使う！
no, no one, nobody, nothing, none of ～, neither, never などの全部否定になる語句を使います。
