【解説】
the 比較級 S + V ～, the 比較級 S’ + V’ ….
「～すればするほどますます…」
迷ったらもとの文に戻る。
He grew old. 「彼は歳をとった」
He was interested in science.「彼は科学に興味を持った」
もともとこの２つの文から成り立っている。
もとの文にある形容詞（または副詞）を the + 比較級にする。
条件節の old 、主節の interested を the + 比較級にして前に出す。
何でも the more にしないこと！
これらのことを頭に入れて、次の問題。

「彼は私と同じくらいたくさん本を持っている」

○ He has as many books as I.
もとの文は、He has many books. です。
× He has books many. は明らかに間違い。
